About Reliance JIO IPO

Jio Platforms Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), filed its DRHP with SEBI on June 19, 2026, and received approval on August 28, 2026. The IPO is a 100% book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of up to 270 million equity shares of ₹10 face value, with no OFS component.
